Project Description
This is to be a Framework for custom UI XML editing.

Such usage is similar to that of Everquest UI.

Purpose
This XMLEditor is not meant, initially, to be a XML Validator/Creator for Data/Web applications but more for a small subset use.

The framework this is being built off of, if extended correctly, would allow for custom XML creation for object for UI Editing.
